1. Can I change or cancel my order?

Once the order has been placed, it cannot be changed online. If your order has not yet shipped, we'll try to catch it before it goes out the door -- most orders process and ship immediately (excluding weekends and holidays). If it has not yet been processed we can cancel your order so that you can place it once more with the correct items. Please Contact UsASAP to notify us of any changes you would like to make. Customer Service is available Monday-Friday between 8:00 am and 5:00 pm PST.

2. Is your Ancaster location open to the public?

Unfortunately, our Ancaster corporate office is not open to the public. You can Contact Us for a list of Baka Designs retailers in your area.

3. Are there any stores that carry Baka Designs near me?

For a list of Baka Designs retailers near you, please contact us and include your postal or zip code or largest neighboring city.

4. Can I return items I purchased online to a store?

All orders purchased on Bakadesigns.ca must be returned to ourheadquarters by mail and cannot be returned to other retailers.

5. When do I get my refund once I have returned an item?

Once your item has been received at our headquarters, you can expect your return to be processed within 3 business days. We'll send you an email notification as soon as we receive the item. It may take up to 3 business days for the refund to post depending on your card issuing bank.

6. If I return my order will I also receive a refund for my shipping charges?

Shipping charges are non-refundable. You will receive a refund less the cost of shipping. Please Contact Us regarding a return of damaged or incorrect product.

7. What should I do if my order won't go through?

Check that all required fields have been filled out correctly. Your billing address should be entered exactly as indicated on your billing statement. If you continue to experience difficulties when placing your order, please contact Us immediately.

8. Do you ship internationally?

Baka Designs ships to many countries worldwide. 

9. Who do I contact if my Baka Designsjewelry is damaged?

Should anything happen to your Baka Designs jewelry within 18-months of purchase please contact Us. We'll do our best to help!

10. Where can I find information on Baka Designs jewelry and how it's made?

All Baka Designs jewelry is hand crafted at our headquarters using the finest materials.

11. Is Baka Designs Little Diva Collection recommend for young children?

Baka Designs does not recommend the use of our Little Diva Collection for children younger than 14 years old.
