Shipping Information

All orders will be shipped within 3 – 5 business days of placing your order. Orders are shipped pending availability and credit verification.  All domestic shipping destinations usually take 7 - 14 business days to be delivered. Delivery time does not include Sundays or holidays. Once your order is placed online, we are unable to alter your order.

International Shipments

All International shipments will be handled by Canada Post Mail Innovations and ship at a flat rate of $10.00 CAN. All international packages take 2-3 weeks to be delivered

Duty, VAT And Other Fees

Duty (or customs tariffs) is set by the destination country customs authorities and is determined based on a combination of the country of origin or manufacturing of the goods being purchased and the classification of that merchandise in accordance with a harmonized system adopted and used by the countries that our e-commerce partner, supports. Check your local customs authority website for the latest updates on Value Added Tax (VAT) rates, customs tariffs and other fees. Baka Designs holds no responsibility for fees that are subjected by international authorities.

Sales Tax:

We are required to collect sales tax for deliveries in Canada. 

Risk Of Loss

All products purchased from the website are transported and delivered to you by an independent carrier not affiliated with, or controlled by Baka Designs. Title to the products purchased on the website, as well as the risk of loss for such products, passes to you when Baka Designs delivers these items to the carrier.

How To Return or Exchange

Please send an email to alisiamorrow@bakadesigns.ca  to begin your return process. Our Customer Service team will respond to your email as soon as possible.

Please Note:

Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. To qualify for a return, your Baka Designs purchase must arrive to Baka Designs within 30 days of the date you received it. Please allow 10 days of transit time back to our warehouse facility. In order to process your return, your Baka Designs purchase must have all tags attached. Baka Designs purchases returned without the original tag, or a damaged tag, will not be processed. If your Baka Designs is not eligible for a refund, we will not be able to ship back your merchandise.
